Listen in on a call

Is it possible to listen in on a call in progress? If so, how do I do that?

don't think it's possible unless it's a conference call or you transfer the call to a conference call so others can listen in.

As far as I can tell, it is possible but the RTP media has to pass through the server, similarly to the call recording option.
