Telephones down and status panel unavailable for 3 days

Dear Sirs,

our voip telephones went down on Saturday 24th in the morning and are still unavailable now.

Moreover, we cannot access the status panel because an error is reported (Error loading configuration file variables.txt?aldope=43305)

So, from our perspective, your systems have been out of service for three consecutive days: this is not fair.

Please let us know when your systems will be fully operational.
