Hi,
I'm changing the paypal account I use to pay for PBXes. I realise that people seem to have trouble with this, so this is what I've done!
Subscribed to another soho account with the new paypal account.
2 soho accounts show in my details
cancelled the first paypal subscription
Does that sound right? In the future, Id like to upgrade to premium. Presumably I just subscribe to premium, wait for it to show on my account then cancel the soho?

Yes, right. A problem was that your new subscription did not come from a verified Paypal account but we accepted it.

ah thanks. I only created it yesterday so I'm waiting for paypals money to arrive so I can verify it.

Apparently with premium it did not work .
What I have done is
subscribed with new paypal (3 days to verify)
than realised subscription may not go through so I cancelled it for new paypal but I newer touch my old subscription and it is still active in paypal but on the day of payment my account went to free and I lost all settings.
I had to verify and subscribed again in order to write here and for some reason paypal took money twice 20 euro not 10 also I never got my verification money back too.
So please tell me where I went wrong?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you need restore of your data. We have a backup of Dec 13 on file.
Your counter now correctly shows 2 premium accounts, and I refunded 10 Euros. If you don't need the second any more, just cancel it.
The one dollar for verification is never transferred, so it does not have to be refunded.

Also we donned second subscription you can take that away.
Thanks for refund .Please tell me is this guidance still valid as I am trying to transfer all payments to the customer after setup.
Also in regards to reseller account is that only for premium users?

Please cancel your second subscription by yourself. There is a link in our shop page.
Restore from backup will take about a day. If you restored earlier by yourself please let me know in this thread.

I have cancel subscription and got email with 24 hours notice.
I would like to restore setting not data just to be clear.No I don't think i can restore any setting.
Guidance in this thread how change paypal account linked to pbxes still valid?
