Incoming calls not working

Hi,

For the past few hours the incoming calls are not coming thro on PBXes. The logs on our DID provider show busy signal being given from pbx

could you please check and update asap.

Latest update: Also some of our calls have landed up on the extensions of "other" pbx users. One pbx user sent us an email about this a little while ago and some of our clients have also informed us about this when they tried to all our inbound numbers.

How/from where are you receiving these calls? Via a registered trunk, or via SIP URI?

registered trunk i beleive. The issue as not been happening since past few hours tho. Seems to be working normal right now
