In a closed thread I got an answer on just 1 of my questions about how to unsubscribe when using more than 5000 minutes.

I have asked why you for example don't look at 2 month average usage. If in 2 month the avergaae of these 2 month's is more than 5000 minutes one could say that you really need more minutes and it's not a 1 time overusage.

It would be very strange that if 1 month you have say 3500 minutes and next month 5500 you have to pay extra. The previous month would compensate for the overusage.

I did not receive any comment on this question.

My second question was about invoices. Paypal lists a gmbh as the one we pay to. I assume that this is a german company meaning you have to include 19% vat.
By law you are required to sent some sort of invoice, if not digital at least a pdf email showing your company details are the amount of v.a.t
