oh
well. it's nice to see you are back. what was today's downtime?
RE: oh
In an effort of service optimization we accidentally lost www1, and had to reboot it.
RE: oh
that would be fine if i could login and shift to another server, but everything was dead,. You know, I'm planning on running my business through you guys. I'm getting worried.
RE: oh
Restoring www1 was expected to succeed a bit faster and so we bypassed automatic failover this time.
RE: oh
Hm I'm still having trouble. Is it still down? It was up after you posted but I can't get on it now and sipdroid keeps flashing at me
Thanks
RE: www1 problems?
No, we are not aware of any issues at this time. I can view your status display.
RE: www1 problems?
Yup, you're right. I assumed you were still having problems, but it looks like my ISP has some broken routing somewhere. I can sign in with sipdroid over 3g fine.
Seems to be mainly German sites that are affected reading their forums. Could you perhaps move me to www5? I can ping it unlike www1, so I'm guessing it should be ok for me!
ISP is "Be" in the UK, for anyone else reading this.
Thanks a lot
RE: www1 problems?
You can change the server yourself in "Personal Data".
RE: www1 problems?
it's fine now anyway, ISP seems to have sorted it.
I know I can change the server there, but I couldn't get to the website to change it
RE: www1 problems?
You can do this from the phone's browser over 3G.
