PBXes - Print: System Log not working

System Log not working

Hi:

When I signed up for a SOHO account the system log worked fine, but now all I get is:

And it never updates. Am I missing an option somewhere?

EDIT: I switched to www3 and then back to www5 and the log works now. Any idea what happened?
