PBXes and Asterisk

Hi,
As a PBXes Pro user, I saw that I´m able to edit some PBX parameters, what I would like to ask is if the things that I´m able to do in Asterisk I will be able to do in PBX?

One of my needs is to limit the time that a extension user will have to spend in certain period of time.
Is this possible to be controlled in PBXes?

Well, if it possible in Asterisk by editing the appropriate parameters, then I guess it should be possible on PBXes, since you can edit the parameters in Source View.
