No access on mini or Voicemail

hi,
I´m not able to have access to the Voicemail of my extensions using the www1.pbxes.com ( or any of the servers) also the mini.php isn´t working too.

I also tryed to mount a free account to a client to permit him to see your service and I was not able.

Could you please see what is happening.
