Since a few hours all incoming calls from sip trunks do not ring the extensions anymore of the ring group but go direct to the ring group voicemail, time is set to 35 secs and most of the extensions are online. They just beep for a millisecond and then the caller goes to voicemail (setting: default destination if no answer -> voicemail 5000) Nothing changed here in the setup,
What can cause this??

Hey Jan,

On which server is your account currently? On which server is it normally?

A quick fix which works most of the time, is to click on the Submit & Start button in your Personal Data section, and see if this fixes the issue.

I seen the call coming in on al extensions but they have no time to ring and go immediatly to voicemail but the extensions mark a missed call.

What you describe, indicates an issue with the Ring Group. Try setting the value for "ring time" to 10 seconds, and watch if an inbound call rings on the ring group's extensions before arriving to the voice mail.

If this does not succeed, create a brand new Ring Group (with a different number from the existing ones) and set your Inbound Routes to that. If the inbound calls ring the extensions of the new Ring Group normally, delete the old Ring Group.

it is solved, we had one extension removed from extensions (as not used anymore) but did not remove it from the ringgroup. strange enough, that makes that pbxesdirects all calls immediatly to voicemail.
We removed the same extension also from the ringgroup and all works OK.
