Problem with outgoing calls

Hi.

All my outgoing calls has a problem. When I hang up the call, it does not turn off and the call stay active for 30 , 40 or 50 seconds. How can I fix it ? I changed the DTMF from extension and trunk, but it is not working fine.

Thank you for your help.

RE: Problem with outgoing calls

This issue has nothing to do with the DTMF setting, so you can set it back to its' original value (preferably RFC2833).

Here are a few of questions to help us isolate the issue:

• Does this apply to outgoing PSTN calls only, or on extension to extension calls too?
• If this is an outgoing PSTN issue only, does it happen on calls routed via a certain ITSP or several ITSPs?
• Is there an extension available, on a separate broadband connection, you can test calls from?
