URGENT - PBX not working since last 48 hours -

We are unable to log onto pbx using any of our extensions - (Timed out error on xlite, other voip devices)
None of the calls are landing on PBX - not reaching the IVR or anthing . Just goes blank when someone is calling any of our numbers
No changes to setting have been done at our end, i beleive after the outrage you had on friday afternoon and after the accounts were shifted, our account never came up,
I have tried to hit the submit changes red bar etc but PBXes still refuses to work
Can you please look into this urgently as all of our business extensions are on PBX

I opened the status panel on your account. That brought it back up.
