Extensions not working and can't access control panel

Two extensions stopped working recently, changed server to see if that cured it, it didn't, changed back to London (Paris) server and now can't access control panel or make outgoing calls on any extensions. Trying to access CP the browser is jusr cycling between ww1 and www5. Incoming calls now appear to have failed as well.

Try to clear the browser cache, or use another browser entirely to verify you have access to the www5 server.

Tried that immediately, both different browser and different machines. After about an hour or so we could access the control panel again (ww5) but the extensions which won't register are still not registering (they were registered but stopped working by themselves - we didn't change anything before they stopped working either smile

RE: Extensions not working and can't access control panel

What type of SIP User Agents are you having this issue with?

What was entered in their SIP Proxy (or Registrar) field? The IP address or the FQDN of the www5 server?

All three extensions are identical Linksys SPA941 IP Phones. All were were working fine until one Monday after the office had been closed for the weekend when it was found that two had stopped functioning and show up as unregistered (greyed out) on the control panel. I've not been able to get them to register.

Unfortunately the person who originally set up the system is no longer able to assist and left no documentation.

No idea until I can get at them again on Monda, but nothing on them altered between them working reliably for months and then stopping working. All 3 were set up at the same time over a year ago and have worked reliably until now.

Thanks for your help.
