caller id has both name and number

Hi. when i check the call monitor the caller id is displayed with both a name and a number but this is too long to display on phone so what I see is only name on the phone, is there anyway to get the system to only pass the number to the phone so that I see the number calling me?
Example of what is displayed "PHPHSBZN30, PA" <14846861xxx>

Inserting the following line into Source >> extensions.conf >> ext-local should work:
