My DID number and the VoiceMail
Hello every body.
I have a DID number with my Premium account. When I receive calls with my DID, the caller wait 30 seconds and we can't hear the voicemail prompt. The call goes directly to record without hear the prompt. It is only with this DID number. I have others at the same ring group and every thing is fine. Some body help me . Sorry my english, I`m from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
RE: My DID number and the VoiceMail
Let me understand this better. When a call is received on that DID, and you answer it form an extension, can you hear the callers, and can they hear you?
Does the issue you are reporting, happens only when the call ends up on VoiceMail?

RE: My DID number and the VoiceMail
Please answer the following question: "When a call is received on that DID, and you answer it from an extension, can you hear the callers, and can they hear you?"
Not when the call ends up on VoiceMail, but when it is answered via an extension.

Yes. I can hear and they can hear me. Now it is fine. It was a DTMF problem. It is fixed now. Thank you Diafora.
