DID -> regular extension: No sound

Hi,
I have a Sip trunk set up and it works (at least when I test that trunk with a direct connection to that provider with a SIP client).
I have a regular extension which works (when I call that extension from a SIP extension on my pbx the phone rings and I get voice).
When I try to forward calls from the DID to that regular extension, the phone at that extension ring, BUT I hear no sound in either direction.
Tried removing bypass, but this doesn't seem to help.

Any ideas?
Could there be a problem with type of routing in the pbx?
Any other ways to forward calls from a Sip Trunk to a Sip termination?

Thanks

RE: DID -> regular extension: No sound

First you should test the trunk within PBXes, to find out if it is a problem of the forwarding or the trunk itself. You can route it to your SIP extension for example.

SIP Trunk -> SIP extension tested, it works (with some delay for the voice)

Fragezeichen RE: DID -> regular extension: No sound

Do you have the problem with a specific provider or with all of your providers?

RE: DID -> regular extension: No sound

Seems to affect all outbound trunks,
I can only test inbound routes with one provider.

RE: DID -> regular extension: No sound

Which is your inbound provider?

You mentioned audio bypass. Please disable that on all of your trunks and try again.

RE: DID -> regular extension: No sound

Provider: a small local one. It is not the problem because calls to SIP extensions work.
As I said, bypass is not enabled.
