Extensions not shown as yellow in status monitor when logged into Queue
Hi,
Isnt an extension that is logged into a queue as an agent supposed to be shown as yellow in the status monitor?
Is there a better way of monitoring the number of agents logged into a queue at any one time?
It would be great if a BLF button could reflect if an extension is logged into a queue. Is this possible with PBXes?
p.s. Very pleased and impressed with PBXes service.
Cheers.
RE: Extensions not shown as yellow in status monitor when logged into Queue
The BLF functionality depends in a large part on the IP-phones you will be using. There are quite a few differences between each SIP UA's implementation, and thus quite hard to implement for all of them.
Which phones do you want this functionality to be available for?
RE: Extensions not shown as yellow in status monitor when logged into Queue
hi,
In this case we're using the snom370.
I was reading a thread in here that mentioned that the status monitor shows an extension as yellow if logged into a queue. This doesn't seem to be happening for me.
re. the snoms, here is a link to the snom370's function key capabilities: snom370 finction keys
Thanks for your help.
Cheers
