Conference rooms and status panel

I have setup 20 conference rooms but only 9 shows up in the status panel.
When someone join into a conference they are actually placed in the right conference room, but many of the participant appears in another room in the status panel.

The rooms are not always "reset to empty" when last participant leave the room.
What can we do about it -any solutions?

This problem has been solved.

Only conference of the first 9 extensions (sorted by extension number) are displayed. Choose numbers like 1XX for the extensions that you want to see the conference rooms of.
