Account disabled
Dear Sirs,
following your previous "cleaning up" email that I replied in this forum on May 1st, giving you the best explanations, you have suddenly disabled my "discoworld" account.
Most of all, I realize you don't even care for your customers, infact my post had no answer at all; this is ill-mannered.
Disabling the above said account you've discontinued a simple yet important communication service; this is not professional.
I sincerely tried to inform you that what yo call "violation of term of service" was infact due to my personal sponsorship of your service in different projects, so it was normal for me to be entiteld of two accounts, one paid because it makes use of many estensions and features and one free because very simple.
And with the same transparency I asked you, to be in compliance with you term-of-service, how to change this double entitlement to avoid a service loss.
But you did not listen to me.
So, for your lack of customer care and for the outcoming fault you have produced disabling the account, I must advise you I won't raccomend your service to anybody else any more and I'm thinking about to suspend this paid account too.
This message to warn other correct people, that for previous satisfaction with Pbxes.org have raccomended this service receving an undeserved treatment in return.
Sincerely,
Alberto Mensi, Italy
(...Post this in the "what our clients say" front-page banner, I dare you)

The email should have informed you about a violation of our TOS. Your account has then been disabled as also mentioned in that email.
RE: Account disabled
Reading your reply,
I realize that your understanding of written English is extremely limited too.

CSA.
Is simple if you have 2 account even when using them for 1 company and the other one for private use and that is a registration from your ip on the 2 systems it looks like it is disabled.
pbxes is a very nice platform, looked to be run by a tech guy that has knowledge about this. Problem with these type of people is that they are tech guys and not that understanding in respect to customer service.
I have a problem some days ago and for my idea not been taken serious. I just seems like that's the way this company works. They have a great system but don't expect much support or help, just do it yourself.
Unfortunatly there is not an altrernative that has the same price, although i see more and more vps offers that have asterisk installed, but you have to manage that yourself.
I have always promoted pbxes because it's great but have decided that because pbxes does require a bit of knowlegde to set it up and help is not that freindly not to actively promote it anymore.
