Hello,

Can you please be a bit more specific with what you have in mind?

RE: interconnection

I've got an interconnection with a communication company. I got 2 IP from them, and I have to give also IP(static, dynamic doesn't passe to his system) to communicate. The identification passe by IP, there is no username , not even password. (There is almost 50phone numbers)
So,I feel blocked. I was trying to use pbxes.com IP,without any connection.
Hope now is more clear.

RE: interconnection

So in essence the provider can only identify you via a static IP.

In this case ask them to assign you a prefix, which will be prepended in every outgoing call, it will be identifying your calls to them, and it will be stripped before they send your calls to be terminated. That will take care of your outbound calls from PBXes to the provider.

Regarding incoming calls, the process can be a bit more involved, since the provider's SIP Proxy will have to send a properly formed SIP URI. Keep in mind, for these types of setup, you can also request help via the Support link.

RE: interconnection

Thanks for the answer! I gave access for the technical chief to arrange it. If there is still something wrong, then I'll click on the button. As a user, I haven't so much technical skills, what IP I can give him?
Thank you

RE: interconnection

The IP depends on the server your account is hosted. Look into the URL field (location bar) of your browser, and note the number after the www. Your technical chief will be able to deduce the IP from the URL wwwX.pbxes.com

Have a good day.
