I cannot delete my account

I had a Soho account and wanted to delete my account. But in the personal data page I couldn't find the 'delete account' button.

I tried to open a topic on the forum and I was rejected because I wasn't a paying customer or I wasn't logged in; very strange because I had a Soho account.

So I upgraded to premium as suggested in the forums, but I still cannot delete my account. I costed me 11 euros.

How can I delete my account?
