Voxalot Registration Failing

I am using almost a year in my trunk voxalot with sip server us.voxalot.com.
Since yesterday, it is failing to register at us.voxalot.com , although us.voxalot.com is live and I am using in my Sipura 3k
Now I have to switch sip server to eu.voxalot.com which is working. But some how pbxes not receiving call in & out from us.voxalot.com. Any comment or reason why this is happening.

Found the answer posted on voxalot forum, they reported problem in their us.server.
