Dear PBXes,

On the 1st of April I received an email which pointed to me I was not conforming to the Terms of Service of PBXes.

I had a duplicate account (which I didn't remember). It stated me to delete the account otherwise I would be blocked.

So I deleted the 550885 account on the 2nd of April (which never has been used before), and I thought it was okay. But on the 6th of April I received an email which noted me that my jsdejong account has been blocked.

I do not know why this happened because I deleted the duplicate on the 2nd of April.

Now I've payed for a Soho account (maybe I'll keep on using it) but I'm afraid when I go back to the free account the account will be blocked again. I cannot use the 550885 account because that one is deleted.

Can anybode of PBXes shine a light on this?

Please read the email again. Probably you deleted the wrong account, not the requested one. "jsdejong" will be blocked again if not paid.

I read the mail again but it is not very clear. in the first line it states 550885 was the duplicate, so i deleted 550885 (because that one wasn't used at all! it hadn't even got any trunks or such)

but now back to the question you did not answer. I do not have any duplicate accounts (because 550885 is already deleted) and i cannot revert back to the 550885 account because it was deleted before anything was blocked. so how can i switch jsdejong back to a free account without being blocked every time? or do have to delete jsdejong and recreate 550885?

You can try, but there is no guarantee.

Sorry, I thought I was talking to someone from PBX support.

How can I gain contact with PBX support who knows the system and who can tell me what to do?

The Free Account generally is not guaranteed to be available, especially when you are dealing with doubles.

I-p-tel, please read my post. That's not what I asked.

I asked for someone who knows how to get back to free account without being blocked;I deleted my "double" account before the blockade and so I shouldn't be blocked at all. But it still happened I got blocked.

So I ask PBX again: How can I return to a free account without being blocked? Should I delete all my account and re-create them? What should I do? That's what I'm asking; and please answer my question.

As the username says I am from i-p-tel, the company that runs PBXes.

I have already tried to answer your questions twice. Concerning your other posts about problems with outbound routes: We do not block trunks or outgoing routes. If you still have problems please consider the following three options:

Okay, I may have started on the wrong foot. I really apologize.

I do not seem to make myself clear; english isn't my native language. And maybe I cannot set the right tone in my posts.

Lets start over again;
I never ment to break your rules. I didn't realize I already had an account at PBXes so I created 'jsdejong' and used it. I wasn't aware I also had registered '550885' until I got the mail which stated I had a duplicate account.

Because I never used '550885', I deleted that account. I thought I was doing the right thing that was asked me to.

Unfortunately the 'jsdejong' account was locked because I deleted the wrong account (which I wasn't aware of).

The only thing I want, is some advice how to set it back again so my account won't be blocked again when I switch back to free account due to some reasons (paypal account blocked, creditcard switch etc).

I suggested some things but I didn't receive any positive feedback on that. When I tried to do the suggested thing, I got some issues. That frustrated me (It's my bad, I know, I apologize for that)

I will do/did the following things:
1. delete '550885'
2. upgrade to soho to unblock 'jsdejong'
3. upgrade to premium to delete 'jsdejong' (ok; that wasn't necessary)
4. wait 24hours
5. delete 'jsdejong'
6. Recreate '550885'
7. Check if it gets blocked (how logs does it take to check this?)
8. Upgrade to soho

Could you please except my apology and give me advice of doing the right thing?

Yes, sure. The check is performed on every 1st of a month.

When recreating make sure that you use another computer for creating the account. That should revert it to a free account.
