i can't receive calls

I have a problem with my PBXes

i can't receive calls from any trunk, i can call other extensions.

if i change the server from san diego to new york it works but after 1 hour is the same, BUSY TONE.

Edit: i think the problem is my voip provider lost registration with PBXes, my provider is synerip.com the proxy is: 69.59.166.212
