outbound routing extensions

In outbound routing I can set extensions or an extension group to use that route.

My question is how do you define an extension group, just add a , between the extensions, so 101,102,103 ?

Also what if I have 2 outbound routes that both respond to 00, 1 is set to extension 101 and the otherone is set to extension 102.

When I dial 00 from extension 101 will this take the outbound route that specifies extension 101 and when dialing 00 from 102 will this use outbound route set for extension 102.

The extension group can be defined as "10x" where x is any number from 0-9. You may also try 10[123] if you wish to restrict the route to those 3 extensions only.

Regarding your second question, the functionality you describe is supposed to work as such. If for any reason it does not route calls appropriately, and your SIP UAs support a local Dial Plan, there are ways you can setup a foolproof routing procedure.
