06|00336xxxxxxxx
Hello All,
I took an account with Siptraffic, but they need a type of number: 00336X. instead of 06X.
I do not succeed.
In my outbound routing, I check the Custom Dial Patterns, and I include this: 06|00336XXXXXXXX It should do it ? because it does not; what else can I do ?
Thanks
RE: 06|00336xxxxxxxx
if you use "xxxx" without a trailing "." then the length of the number has to match exactly the length of the "xxxx"s... Is this what you want? If not try 06|00336xxxx. instead of 06|00336xxxxxxxx
RE: 06|00336xxxxxxxx
Thanks sozialverein, this is the exact lengh. Anyway, I I try to put a ".", it is rejected when I validate, and 00336XX appears in Numbers starting by: !!!
RE: 06|00336xxxxxxxx
Hi,
If I understand correctly you need to convert your local dial format (06xxx) into International format (00336xxx)
If you select the outbound routing with numbers beginning 06x for example, then you can convert the format in the trunk with 0033+0|6x.
Hope this helps
RE: 06|00336xxxxxxxx
Thanks telagente, not better :-(
If I dial 06XXXXXXXX, I want 00336XXXXXXXX to be dialed.
If I understand the suggestion:
06|00336XXXXXXXX
should do it. Take of the 06, and replace it with 00336. Et bien non :-(
If I put that filter in the trunk, it is the same. Does not work better.
Thanks for reading.
RE: 06|00336xxxxxxxx
Hi,
First the outbound route must be selected, in your example this can be with numbers beginning 06x
Then in the trunk the rule should be exactly 0033+0|6x. (to remove the 0 then to add the 0033).
This is exactly what I do for UK 07x numbers to 00447x.
Best of luck

Thanks Telagente, it works exactly like you says. And you help me to understand a lot. Thanks.
