the webpage of the webcall can i custumize with the logo of mi company? and change the url from http://pbxes.org/my account to http://webcall.mydomain.com

you should always be able to use webcall.yourdomain.com

You can setup webcall.yourdomain.co to point to the pbxes.org domain and use masking. This way you will still see your own subdomain
