Cutting Audio
In some of my menus I am having audio that cuts at some parts in the recording. It works fine with G729 compression, but the thing is I would like to have the ability to record audio as well. Does anyone have similar problems? Or does anyone know how to solve these audio cuts while having call recording at the same time? Thanks.

"Working fine with G729" sounds like a bandwidth problem. To use call recording with G.729 you need to book full G.729 support.

Don't premium accounts already come with G729 support? If not, how much does it cost and where can I get it? So call recording will work after this? thanks.
