Trunk problem
Hi
I have a trunk with registrar.azzu.com.br . It is registered but I can`t receive calls. The ligth is green in the status, but when I call it , I don`t have any answer. Can you help me ?

Yes. It has accepted.calls. It is setup properly on Pbxes.

We are here to help, but I have a few questions regarding this issue:
Are the incoming calls to this trunk arrive via a SIP URI to the default Inbound Route, or is there a trunk setup for them with a distinct Inbound Route?
As far as I can see, there is no trunk setup in your account which registers to the azzu.com.br SIP Proxy.

Here in Brazil many people has the Azzu provider. I have an account at 12017429 registrar.azzu.com.br. I can not receive calls on it. The support of Azzu tells me that the problem is in register time. In Pbxes the register is 3600 seconds, but in Azzu is 360. How can I do the recgister of my Azzu in Pbxes stay with 360 and not 3600 seconds?

Sorry, I had to delete some replies because I have been on the wrong path. There is no way to manually configure a trunk's registration interval on PBXes yet. This is done automatically by the SIP protocol.
To verify that the answer you got from Azzu's support is correct please first try to press the red bar. If you can receive calls only within 6 minutes after that then this really is the reason. Please let me know. Thanks!

Yes the answer I got from Azzu's support is correct .When I tryed ro press the read bar first . I can receive calls only within 6 minutes. Not anymore. Thes Azzus support sad that the max expiry there is 360 second and Pbxes is 3600. With Liberailvoip the trunk works fine, cause there the maxexpiry is the same 360. Can you fix it to me directrly from my account ?

I manually changed the timeout on all trunks of your account. If anybody else needs it please post here.
