FreeCall trunk is giving me the error RESET CDR

Hello,

I have one sip trunk named "fc1" which is from betamax. Whenever I place a call using that trunk, I am getting a message that "All circuits are busy, please try again later" and in call monitor, I see the entry as "RESETCDR".

I tried to use the same trunk with xlite softphone and it works without any problem.

Am I doing something wrong with my sip configuration?

I feel that something is wrong with my account. I am unable to add a trunk, when I try to add any trunk, I get the error "DB Error: already exists" and it shows the credentials of fc1.

Could you please check it and let me know how to correct it.

Thank you,
Ram

RE: Trunks - DB Error

Thanks for helping me out in addition of trunks. Now I have added the trunk "freecall"

when I use the trunk with xlite softphone it works without any problem but when I use this with pbxes.com it gives me "all circuits are busy now, please try again later" and in the call monitor, the entry is represented as RESETCDR.

I am interested to know whether it is a problem of my configuration of pbxes or problem with sip provider compatibility or any other issue.

For your reference I am enclosing the log.

Thank you very much.

I am getting this trying to enter new GTalk accounts to mine?

BTW, seems I can't add ANY trunks to my account at the moment.

Get the following now trying to change extension settings.

INSERT INTO sip (id, keyword, data) values ('stormsj-101','account','stormsj-101') [nativecode=1062 ** Duplicate entry 'stormsj-101-account' for key 1]

error adding to SIP table
