Hi,
Seems PBX gone down. No incoming calls landing, SIP extensions not registering.
Can someone please check urgently.

I thought we would automatically be moved to another server during a failure ?

Today your account was moved temporarily from one server to another to balance high loads. I hope everything was working fine for you with just a short interruption. Loads are under control again.

We thought the maintenance work tonight on www5 would be much shorter than the 2.5 hours it actually needed. We did not move to another server because that is not appropriate for short outages (see above). Sorry for our wrong estimation that caused this.

We had to suffer some downtime as this was peak hours for us. But all well now so no issue. Thanks for the help.
