My mobile number is being blacklisted because of account "mamivoila". This account is nothing to do with me or my mobile number. Please can you rectify. I have no knowledge whatsover of this account.

I have an incoming call 'mamivoila' shown in call monitor as blacklisted today.
No idea who it is or what it means !

I understand that it means that Pbxes thinks that you are breaking the rules by having a free account as well as a paid one. Since neither of us have any knowledge of this account "mamivoila" I would guess that there is some kind of error. Hopefully somebody at pbxes would pick up and resolve quickly. It is causing me a big problem now that nobody can reach me on my mobile.

It only occurred for that one call (to a UK 0845 number) and the system has been fine since, but we haven't attempted the same number again.
