How often are the SIP accounts polled by the trunks?

I recently had a problem where one of our SIP providers went down but the PBX didn't un-register for sometime so calls were not connecting.

How often are the accounts polled and can we change the timing?

Also, slightly related, how often are the extensions polled? If an extension goes down (is unplugged or the power to it fails), how long before the PBX sees the extension as gone?

Lampe RE: How often are the SIP accounts polled by the trunks?

We found a problem with outgoing calls which has been fixed now. Thanks for your report. Outbound calls now get connected to the next available provider in your outbound route properly after a maximum timeout of 20 seconds.

To get the update click Submit & Restart (in Personal Data), please.

Thanks. I'll restart my account for the updates.

I thought the connection check was only for mobile extensions. I'll experiment with setting it to a lower value.
