You will find in Extension setup under options.

But if you looking this call recorders under Inbound Routing you will not find and that I am requesting Pbxes to provide this feature since few months.

Because of a power outage in the New York datacenter your account was temporarily switched to the San Diego datacenter. Recordings and system logs are not backed up. So you could not access them at this time.

Now that your account is switched back you should be able to see them again. In addition you should have received email notifications of the outage.
