No more logging with extension account ?!?

I'm not more able to log into web interface using my extension account.

The system notify the following message: "Incorrect Username/Password".

I checked the parameters and all is ok.

Could you help me ?

I suggest using the "forgot password" button.

I discover where is the problem: i used the extension password instead of the voicemail password.
