Regular expressions

There are few places where I can specify things using regexp: CID, outbound rules, dialplans, extension filters...

We're allowed to use grouping such as [1237] which would mean one of the listed digits.

Can we use negative regexp grouping, such as [^1237], which means "anything but those listed"?
