Unacceptable! Company attention required.

Sirs and madames of PBXes, this is totally unacceptable. I have bought a SOHO account. The i upgraded to a Premium account, paying the full amount for the 2nd upgrade, where i cannot see the reason, since the 2 services do not stack. On top of that i have not received the full premium service. I am trying to add extension on top of the 10 first, and i get the message max 10 extensions. And as if that was not enough there is no way to contact the company. I have to pay for support in order to get the service i have allready paid twice?

I require your immidiate response, resolution of the issue and refund of the SOHO account payment since it does not stack with Premium account. In case there is something else i should have done please point me to the document.

Lampe RE: Premium and Soho Accounts do not stack

Thanks for your bug report.

Now the accounts stack with respect to the maximum number of extensions and callback numbers.

The only exception is the number of extensions for PBXes PRO which is not extended by additional Premium or Soho Accounts. So for changing from PRO to Premium the PRO subscription really needs to be cancelled as described in http://www1.pbxes.com/iptel_details_e.html.
