a few days ago I received and outage message on my account b70bob.

I did not know that I still had this account, as I have a paid account could you please remove the b70bob free account.

You can do this under "Personal Data".

problem is, don't know my old password anymore, tried to reset it.

Received a mail on the mailbox and a link to create a random password, clicked the link but did not receive a random password.

Could you make a password and sent it to the registered mailadres so I can clear the account.

We have successfully verified the forgot password procedure and deleted the account manually.
