Free callback module for Joomla

I found this very nice FREE callback module for Joomla CMS (http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,1883/Itemid,35/). Just type your phonenumber and Asterisk call you back.
My question is, can it be used in combination with PBXes?
If so, what are the correct parameters to put in? Module and parameters can be viewed here:
