call monitor bug / big problem

I was checking my call monitor and there seems to be a very big problem.

I have several incoming did numbers and when someone calls on one of these numbers I can see which trunk in the call monitor.

When checking today all calls on all trunks just show as the number of 1 of my trunks.

Example I have trunk a till f.

All calls from trunk b till f will just show trunk a in the call monitor. This way I can check anything.

Outgoing calls show the right trunk.

Please solve this problems.

About problems. What I don't like is that I have to put these on the forum and am unable to sent pbxes or technical staff a mail to report this. There used to be a mail adress but not anymore.
When clicking support I can only pay for support. Above is a support questions but it''s a pbxes problem.

Can't there be any other way to report problems like this.

Also I noticed the following.

I was listed on nürnberg server.
I changed to paris as I though maybe it could resolve the problem.
Than I wanted to change back but nürnberg was gone and frankfurt was the only option.

In the past I was set at frankfurt but than noticed some time later I was in nürnberg again. What is the deal with nürnberg and frankfurt. and the changing from 1 to the other.

Fragezeichen RE: call monitor bug / big problem

This is absolutely the right place to report problems except if you want to get personal support.

Please be more specific for us to be able to understand your problem. Which providers are mixed up for which calls. It would be nice to have a sample line of your Call Monitor.

Concerning your second question there already is another thread on the server locations.

update I deleted the trunk and the call monitor than shows no trunk at all.

I added the trunk and the call monitor showed the same problem. Incoming calls are only listed on that specific trunk

More specific.

Ok

Date Time Caller ID Number Destination Country IP Trunk Context Duration Recording

under trunk if shows the trunk. meaning if I receive an incoming call on 1 of the trunks in the call monitor it shows, date time, ect and under trunk it shows the name of the incoming trunk.

What happened in my call monitor no longer it list the correct incoming thrunk but it the fasle trunk.

example.

I have trunk names

0031123456
0031123457
0031123458
0031123459

Only trunk 003123456 shows as incoming trunk in the call monitor.

So if someone calls on trunk 0031123459 is lists 0031123456 and incoming trunk.

The same applies to all other trunks, evey call on every trunk just shows up as 0031123456 in the call monitor.

I removed trunk 0031123456 and than in the call monitor the trunk remained empty. So when receiving a call on trunk 0031123459 it did not show anything.

Allow independent moderators to see your call log & configuration data for support (readonly, no passwords) and provisioning (write trunks, extensions and dialrules) purposes is enabled so you should be able to see the call log.

RE: call monitor bug / big problem

We have reverted to the recent version showing only the FQDN for incoming calls. Thanks for your report!

Posted by bobmats on 25.03.2008 at 12:39:

don't know what fqdn is.

It now shows for example sipgate.de as trunk or sip.budgetphone.nl as trunk. if looks like it shows the sipserver of that trunk.

The only problem remains that I have several numbers at budgetphone.nl so if it lists sip.budgetphone.nl I still can't see which of my budgetphone number I received a call on.

Why does it not just list the trunk name as it used to do.
