CALL RECORDING trouble
I set a TRUNK with incoming SIP number then
I set a CLASSIC extension with my mobile number and then I set the INBOUND routing to divert the TRUNK to CLASSIC extension which call my mobile.
When I check the RECORDING file on the CALL MONITOR I only get a 60 bytes empty wav file.
I get no problem when I record from a SIP extension.
Did I set something wrong ?
