Is there a method where I can get an "inbound"call from trunk A going to an "outbound" call on trunk B?

The functionality you described is that of an SBC not of a PBX. Let's use PBXes as a hosted PBX which it is, not a Session Border Controller or a Class 4 switch which it is not.

If you need that functionality, there are other platforms you should consider. PM me if you would like, to discuss your options.
