sellvoip supported?

Hello All,
I've been playing with sellvoip.net a bit as they have nicely priced DIDs and termination services. I have however having a problem getting the calls to ring through. I get "The number you have dialed is currently unavailable" when calling one of my DIDs. I can't seem to find the list of codecs they allow and I'm afraid that may be the problem. The call does however show up in the i-p-tel call log in the voicemail panel... Any ideas would be appreciated.

are you dialing according their dialing plan, or are you set up to convert the dialed digits?
