Digital receptionist

I was adding a message in digital receptionist. At the end of operation I obtain this error message:

"Warning: [obfuscated](/homes/cacelotto/lib/sounds/xxxivrrecording.wav): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/merge2/ivr_action.php on line 0
error: could not copy or rename the voice recording - please contact support" (modified the extension number with xxx)

I was adding a file wav already done, not using the phone to record the message

What does it mean?
