Problem with freespeech.ie

I'm trying to configure freespeech.ie DID/trunk.

It logs in correctly and When I ring my number the phone is ringing but as soon as I pick up the connection is broken.

FS.ie support is saying there seems to be a problem with NAT traversal.

Please advise.
