Barablu

I can connect with the barablu sip client;
but the barablu trunk in pbxes stays grey...

A collegue of mine experiences the same thing.
Has barablu blacklisted pbxes or is something else the cause of it?

Does the trunk stay gray even after a Submit & Start in the Personal Data section?
