When I'm talking to a client, sometimes it is necessary to send the call to another extension.

My extension is 600 and I need to tell my client that she will attend Christian (602)

How do I forward the call to extension 602 from my softphone?

Hi,
The HELP section explains how to transfer calls.
You dial ## to put the call on hold, dial the target extension and hang up when it answers.
