I deleted my free account and added a new soho account so I could start clean. Now when I make an outgoing call I get an immediate disconnect. I went and tried to look at my trunk and cannot see it. Instead I see

DB Error: no such table

Please assist.

I removed it for you. For adding it again choose "Add Google Voice trunk" in "Trunks".
