PBXes down again?! No incoming calls...
My SIP extensions are registered, but all incoming calls immediately go to voice mail. Something is not correct. Please advise asap... Thank you!

Since when have you observed the error? Is it still persisting? Your account looks OK.

Since this morning. I've been getting voiice mail messages and wondering why. I can dial out no problem, but incoming goes straight to v/m. You can try one of my German DID's: xxx841. Please help!

I changed your posting to hide the full DID number.
We have requested sipgate for help.
What you can try is disabling the sipgate trunks (by turning register off), wait 15 minutes and re-enable.

I'll try that, but it's also with other trunks that I have. I have one with unotel in Denmark (xxx435), and the same problem occurs with that trunk. Could you check that out please?

What would you advise? I can't use my German numbers anymore? Why did this all of a sudden start happening? It was fine before.

even i am facing this problem all my UK, Austria & Germany DID from sipgate are not working, please look in the matter and help
when i login to control panel of sipgate i see second registration, i give the details as below
sip:0043xxxxxxxxx@91.121.136.13:29495

PBXes down Account : Softphone
Hi, My PBXES Account : softphone is down. I already paid for pbxes pro but still is down. I could not use my account for incoming or outgoing call. Can you fix as early as possible. Thanks

Yes, I am still experiancing issue. If I call to softphone-333@pbxes.org then it's not connecting. I diverted DID to SIP softphone-333@pbxes.org and it's not working.

Do you see anything in System Log/Call Monitor for these call attempts? At which date/time did you try?
